Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Suresh is an Indian actor, born on October 17, 1992. Her films are mainly made in Tamil or Telugu however she is in some Malayalam films. She received the National Film Award for Best Actress in the role of the role of actress Savitri in the Telugu film Mahanati (2018). Her other awards comprise the three SIIMA Awards, a Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy Kumar's parents include film producer G. Suresh Kumar & actor Menaka G. Suresh. Her career began as a child actress in the early 2000s and went back to film after studying fashion design. Her first leading part in 2013's Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy made her debut on Tamil projects in the year 2015. She then began to accept projects outside of Malayalam. She released her first film, A. L. Vijay's romance comedy Idhu Enna Maayam, in 2015. The film was starring Vikram Prbhu. It was not successful at the box-office. Because of her hectic schedule for 2015, she could not choose but to withdraw from films on which she was already working, like Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye or Deekay's Kavalaivendam. In the end, she was involved in two movies, Rajini Murugan followed by Remo which starred Sivakarthikeyan. Dhanush also played in the role of Thodari in Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. The film was delayed. Reports suggest that Janakitho Nenu will be released in September of 2020. The film's debut came out as Nenu Sailaja in 2016 with the actor Ram Pothineni. In January 2017, Keerthy appeared in Bairavaa in a film starring actor Vijay and directed by Bharathan. Also, she was in Tamil film Paambhu Sattai as well as Telugu film Nenu Local in 2017.
